Pet Policy
Fernhill Crossing is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is also a refundable $300 deposit required per pet. We do not have breed restrictions, but aggressive breeds are not allowed and the weight limit for dogs is 50 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
